FRESH 32 VIP Access Giveaway 2026 – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The giveaway is run by FRESH 32 d.o.o., Okrogarjeva ulica 8, Ljubljana, 1231 LJUBLJANA-ČRNUČE, company number 8531978000, VAT ID 86035657 ("FRESH 32", "we", "us"). Contact: support@gofresh32.com.
2. Who can enter
- The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Slovenia and Croatia aged 18 or over.
- Employees of FRESH 32, their immediate families and anyone professionally involved in running the giveaway cannot enter.
- No purchase is necessary. Joining the VIP list is free.
3. Giveaway period
The giveaway opens on 26 October 2026 and closes on 5 November 2026 at 23:59 CET (22:59 UK time). Sign-ups received after this time do not count.
4. How to enter
- Join the FRESH 32 VIP list on our VIP Access page (gofresh32.com/en-gb/pages/vip-lg, gofresh32.com/sl-si/pages/vip-lg or gofresh32.com/hr-hr/pages/vip-lg).
- After joining, you receive a personal invite link on the page and by email.
- Share your link with friends. Every friend who joins the VIP list through your link gives you one (1) entry in the draw.
- There is no limit to the number of entries you can collect.
5. Which referrals count
A friend's sign-up gives you an entry only if all of the following apply:
- they join through your personal link during the giveaway period;
- they were not already on the FRESH 32 VIP Access 2026 list before using your link;
- they use their own valid email address, and each email address is counted once;
- they are not you. Signing up through your own link does not count.
We may exclude entries and disqualify participants where we reasonably believe the rules have been broken, for example fake, temporary or duplicate email addresses, automated sign-ups, or any other attempt to manipulate the number of entries.
6. Prize
- There is one (1) prize: a FRESH 32 yearly kit.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. If the prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.
- The prize is delivered free of charge to an address in the United Kingdom, Slovenia or Croatia.
7. Draw and winner
- One winner is drawn at random on 6 November 2026 from all valid entries across the United Kingdom, Slovenia and Croatia. Each valid entry gives one chance to win, so more entries mean more chances.
- The draw is carried out by FRESH 32 using a random selection method.
- The winner is notified by email to the address used to join the VIP list within 2 working days of the draw.
- The winner must reply within 7 days to claim the prize and confirm a delivery address. If there is no reply, or the winner is not eligible, we will draw a new winner in the same way.
- The winner may be asked to confirm their age and country of residence.
- We will only publish the winner's first name and country with their consent.
9. Personal data
- FRESH 32 is the controller of the personal data you give us when you join the VIP list (first name, email address) and the data needed to run the giveaway (your personal invite code, your market and who referred you).
- We use this data to send you VIP Access and marketing emails, which you agreed to when joining, and to run the giveaway: counting entries, drawing and contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.
- Our email platform is Klaviyo, which processes the data on our behalf.
- You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not cancel entries you already collected.

10. General
- By taking part, you accept these terms.
- We may change, suspend or end the giveaway if something outside our reasonable control prevents it from running as planned. Any change will be published on this page.
- We are not responsible for sign-ups that are lost, delayed or not received for technical reasons.
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or any other platform.
