Here’s what changes when the brush and the paste are designed as a pair.
8 reasons people quietly changed their brush and their toothpaste
8 things people love about the DeepClean™ DUO
You brush twice a day. You’ve changed your toothpaste, your floss and your technique.
Nobody told you to change the bristle. Or that thick, foamy toothpaste fills the space between your bristles and your teeth, so the brush slides on foam instead of cleaning enamel.
It feels like a massage, not a scrape.
Nylon went into toothbrushes in 1938, and most still work the same way: every bristle is cut from a long strand, leaving a hard edge at the tip. Twice a day, you drag hundreds of them along your gumline.
FRESH 32 bristles aren’t cut. They’re moulded from soft TPU with rounded tips that polish the enamel and massage the gums instead of scratching them.
You can stop buying softer brushes.
Soft nylon is still nylon. The bristle is thinner, so it bends more and cleans less, and the cut tip is still there.
So you brush harder and they bleed, or softer and plaque stays. Half of our customers had already tried a softer brush before they switched.²
The fix isn’t softer nylon. It’s a different material.
And the brush was only half of it.
Your toothpaste stops stinging.
That sting is often SLS, the detergent that makes the foam, plus alcohol and harsh flavouring. On sensitive gums, it just irritates.
DeepClean™ has no SLS, no alcohol and no PEGs. It foams gently with a coconut-derived cleanser and tastes of soft spearmint, not a mouthful of menthol.
A proper clean, without the burn.
And it’s not just what the paste leaves out.
Every brush gives your enamel something back.
Hydroxyapatite makes up 97% of your enamel. Every day, acids from food and bacteria pull a little of it out, and enamel doesn’t grow back.
DeepClean™ puts hydroxyapatite back where it belongs. It helps remineralise weak spots, so teeth feel smoother and look naturally brighter. No fluoride needed.
Most toothpastes scrub. DeepClean™ helps rebuild.
Which is exactly why the brush matters.
The brush and the paste finally work together.
Thick, foamy toothpaste fills the gap between your bristles and your teeth, so the brush slides on foam instead of cleaning enamel.
DeepClean™ is low-foam and non-abrasive, made for TPU bristles, so the rounded tips touch your enamel and do the polishing themselves.
“It’s been thoughtfully formulated to complement the unique properties of TPU rubber bristles. … It strikes a rare balance, enhancing brushing performance without compromising gum or enamel health.”
Urša Knap Okretič, dr. dent. med.
Two products. One gentle, deep clean.
You’ll notice it an hour later.
Your teeth still feel smooth.
Run your tongue over your teeth. If they feel fuzzy an hour after brushing, plaque is already back.
Micro-hydroxyapatite smooths the enamel surface and rounded TPU bristles polish instead of scratching, so plaque has less to hold on to and teeth stay smoother for longer.
What customers told us: “It’s like a massage for your gums.”
That just-left-the-dentist feeling. Every morning.
Then you put the brush down.
Your brush stays as clean as your teeth.
You replace your kitchen sponge every week. Your toothbrush sits wet, warm and a few feet from the toilet for three months.
Nylon frays and splits, and dense tufts trap water, toothpaste and food residue right where you can’t see it.
TPU doesn’t absorb water, rinses clean and is bacteria-resistant. Your mouth should be the cleanest thing your toothbrush touches.
And there’s nothing to charge.
Yes, it’s manual.
An electric brush moves nylon faster. It’s still nylon. Speed doesn’t change what’s touching your gums: the same cut nylon bristles, just moving thousands of times a minute.
FRESH 32 went the other way. Instead of a motor, a better material that cleans thoroughly and massages your gums at the pace you choose.
“TPU rubber bristles effectively remove plaque … Unlike harsh nylon bristles, TPU is gentle, flexible, and perfect for sensitive gums.”

“I’ve never felt my teeth so clean before. Even better than my electric brush, and I’ve tried a few. My hygienist actually asked what I switched to at my last cleaning.”
“Totally different level of clean. I didn’t think a toothbrush could feel like this.”
“Great product for sophisticated dental hygiene experience, i love it with deep clean hydroxyapatit toothpaste... for fresh start of the day and healthy evening routine...”
“I don’t like the mint toothpaste I find them too minty. I like this one it tastes of the spearmint sweets you can buy. I like them I think I will definitely stick with this toothpaste.”

Questions, answered
Do I need to use the DeepClean™ toothpaste?
No, the brush works with any toothpaste. The DUO pairs it with DeepClean™, a low-foam, non-abrasive hydroxyapatite paste made to work with TPU bristles.
Is DeepClean™ fluoride-free?
Yes. The DUO comes with DeepClean™ hydroxyapatite: fluoride-free remineralisation with the mineral your enamel is made of. Prefer fluoride? DeepClean™ also comes in a fluoride formula. Your call.
Is it suitable for sensitive teeth and gums?
Yes. It was designed for gums that react easily: rounded TPU tips flex instead of poking, and the paste is non-abrasive, low-foam and SLS-free. If you have ongoing pain, bleeding or inflammation, see your dentist.
Why does it feel strange at first?
No scratchy nylon, no sense of scrubbing: the rounded bristles glide, and your brain isn’t used to that yet. Give it two or three days, then do the tongue test a few hours after brushing.
Is TPU a plastic?
TPU is a thermoplastic rubber. Unlike nylon, it’s moulded with rounded tips, doesn’t fray into sharp ends and doesn’t absorb water.
How long does it last?
The toothpaste (75 ml) lasts about two months. Replace the brush head every 60 days; the handle is covered by a lifetime warranty.
Is it better than an electric toothbrush?
An electric brush moves nylon faster. It’s still nylon. FRESH 32 changes the material instead: no charging, no battery, and you stay in control of the pressure.
What if it’s not for me?
Try it for 30 days. If you’re not happy, return it for a full refund.
